OneEleven Surpasses 50 Percent Leased Milestone Six Weeks After Opening Its Doors

Brisk leasing pace at 60-story tower underscores strong demand for luxury apartments in Chicago’s Loop

(CHICAGO) August 20, 2014 – Related Midwest today announced that OneEleven, its 60-story ultra-luxury apartment tower at 111 West Wacker Drive, has surpassed the 50 percent leased milestone six weeks after welcoming its first residents.

The building, designed by New York-based Handel Architects, with interiors by Kara Mann, marks Related’s second rental offering in downtown Chicago, following last year’s successful launch of 500 Lake Shore Drive, a 500-unit tower in Streeterville that is fully leased.

Apartments at OneEleven include studios, convertibles, and one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, including penthouses.
