The 23-acre community is undergoing a positive transformation with revitalized modern homes. Residents are also receiving a new community center and playground, providing them and their families new spaces to come together in the neighborhood. Project Spotlight Project Spotlight 400 Lake Shore 250 concrete trucks delivered 9 million pounds of foundation to form the foundation of 400 Lake Shore's north tower. Led by LR Contracting Company and BOWA Construction teams, the concrete pour for the mat foundation of the building averaged a delivery every 2 minutes for 12 hours straight.
