Nick Millot, Vice President, sources and analyzes new opportunities and executes current Related Midwest projects throughout downtown Chicago, including luxury residential and mixed-use developments.
Millot has been instrumental in Related’s recent Streeterville projects, which include One Bennett Park, a luxury 70-story residential tower and 400 Lake Shore — a $1 billion mixed-use proposal that features residential units, the expansion of public Riverwalk and the development of a public park. He also oversees 725 W. Randolph, a luxury pipeline project in the West Loop. He was named to the 2019 class of Crain’s Chicago Business 20 in their 20s, which highlights twenty-somethings who have accomplished something notable in their young careers and have potential to go far.
Prior to joining Related Midwest in 2013, Millot worked in the Real Estate Banking Group for Wells Fargo. While at Wells Fargo, he evaluated debt financing requests between $10 million and $200 million for office, retail and multi-family assets located in the United States and Canada.
Millot earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a double concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Entrepreneurship. He volunteers with the Urban Land Institute, the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and Mentorship Program, and the Eisenberg Foundation.
