Mike Schnizlein, Vice President, oversees construction operations of mixed-use, residential and commercial projects throughout our portfolio. His current focus is 400 Lake Shore Drive, a mixed-use proposal that features residential units, the public Riverwalk expansion and the development of a public park.
Prior to joining Related Midwest, Schnizlein spent 17 years with Clark Construction where he successfully delivered projects throughout the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and West Coast regions. He brings a diverse background in large scale construction projects in both public and private sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare facilities.
Schnizlein holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from Purdue University.
