Marron Kilworth is the vice president of operations at Related Midwest, overseeing the company's business processes. In that position, Kilworth has a full range of operational duties relating to technology, human resources and internal communications. Specific responsibilities include implementing new hardware and software, supervising staffing and hiring, and managing the day-to-day operations of a multi-disciplined development team.
Kilworth brings more than 10 years of operational experience to the company, including positions in New Zealand and England that she held before joining Related Midwest in 2013. She is an active supporter of the CatWalk Spinal Cord Injury Trust, a New Zealand-based charity committed to finding a cure for spinal cord injuries, as well as Heartworks, a local community service club that serves the Oak Park and River Forest communities. Kilworth holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
