Denise Hall, Vice President, manages the design and planning of pipeline developments throughout the company’s portfolio. She coordinates with architecture and engineering consultants and oversees the design process from conceptual design to construction administration. Hall has a keen ability to problem solve quickly and provide solutions to keep her projects moving forward. Her current project is 900 W. Randolph, a luxury, high-rise residential development in the West Loop.
Since joining the company in 1996, Hall has held several roles including project manager, senior project manager and assistant vice president before ultimately ascending to her current position. She has been integral in the success of numerous residential projects including OneEleven, 340 on the Park, the Residences on Lake Shore Park, Park Tower, the Town of Fort Sheridan, Cinema Lofts, and Baypoint Condominiums. Most recently, Hall completed One Bennett Park, a 70-story luxury tower designed by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern.
Hall is an alumna of the University of the Illinois where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture. She mentors young architects and designers, sharing her expertise to help them understand and navigate the intricacies of the design process.
