On September 28th, The Obama Presidential Center broke ground on the South Side of Chicago and was commemorated by a ceremony attended by Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama. Introducing Mrs. Obama was Related Midwest’s 2021 summer intern Zell Wilson, who interned through Chicago Architecture Center’s Teen Fellow Program that supports young people interested in architecture to get involved. Related is proud of Ms. Wilson and her many achievements.
