A pair of Related Midwest team members recently received professional awards, further burnishing Related Midwest’s longstanding reputation as a leader in Chicago and throughout the region.
Crain’s Chicago Business recognized Frank Soldano, Vice President of Architecture and Planning, as a Notable Leader in Sustainability. In addition, Bisnow named Sarah Wick, Senior Vice President of Affordable Housing, to its annual list of Chicago Women in Real Estate.
Frank joined Related more than three decades ago and has held numerous roles in both construction and architecture. He’s currently responsible for leading sustainability initiatives at Related Midwest including overseeing LEED, Enterprise Green Communities and Green Globes certifications.
A long-time affordable housing advocate, Sarah currently leads Related Midwest’s affordable housing practice, overseeing the company’s development business in that sector. Since joining Related more than a decade ago, she has been instrumental in managing the preservation and new construction of roughly 10,000 affordable residences. Sarah was honored at a Women Leading Real Estate event, where she and other honorees were recognized for their contributions to the industry, including support and mentorship provided to the next generation of female leaders.
“It’s rewarding to see the real estate community acknowledge what we already knew – that Frank and Sarah are true trailblazers,” said Curt Bailey, President of Related Midwest. “I commend them and their teams for their ingenuity and unwavering dedication to creating sustainable and equitable communities.”
